Are You Addicted to Online Shopping?

For many people, online shopping is a convenient way to shop. For others, though, it’s an easy method to become addicted to. In a recent survey, people were asked why online shopping could become an addiction. Some of the reasons they listed include: Easy to use non-cash payment methods which encourage impulse purchases. People who are stressed use online shopping to relieve pressure and others use it as their only source of recreation. More practical reasons include lower prices, special sales and discounts, convenience, and a wider variety of merchandise than can be found in regular stores. Most respondents agreed that online shopping addictions can disrupt lives, affecting mental and physical aspects of life.
