The change in seasons means a change in fashion, as we start putting on layers for warmth and style. All this can be fun for many, but for some of us the ringing cash registers can be ringing in disaster. If you think that you or someone you know has a shopping addiction, here are four of the signs, as outlined by Nancy Ryerson: 1) You shop to feel better when you are stressed. 2) You lose track of time and money when you shop. 3) You buy unneeded or unwanted things. 4) You shop alone to avoid embarrassment or distraction.  If this is you or a loved one, get some help now!
