Start with prioritizing your goals and look towards having something to achieve. Find other constructive activities to participate in such as exercise, volunteer work, and spending time with friends and family to gain support and experience new things. Breaking this habit won’t happen overnight, but start some new habits and you will feel your addiction lessen.
