If you’re struggling with a shopping addiction, here are some tips to help you deal with it. First, if your shopping is damaging your finances and your personal life, go to therapy. Avoid window shopping or actually going into stores. Fill a container with water, drop in your credit cards, and freeze it. This will make them difficult to access. Unsubscribe from emails from retail stores. When you shop, take a list and a friend who understands your problem and pay with cash only.
