“Former Shopaholic” Erica reflects on her habit of encouraging friends and family to spend money when they’re shopping together. Or, is she secretly wanting to sabotage them by not spending the money herself? Maybe she just gets caught up in the moment. Erica suggests being more open about our finances, questioning friends about why they want to buy the item, and just being aware of the situation before launching into enabling behavior.
