After taking a few enjoyable afternoons off from work to see if she could raise her energy levels, she found she was happier and she was able to keep up with her work load because she was much more focused. Simple afternoons spent picnicking or watching a movie had reinvigorated her. She came to a realization about the nature of experiences. Her positive, intense, feelings about fleeting experiences were much stronger than her remembrances about the days spent buying things.
